HIRT Transducer

HIRT Transducer

HIRT offers a wide range of precision transducers for various measurement and assembly requirements. The probes are available with measuring strokes of ±1 mm, ±2 mm and ±5 mm and come in variants such as spring-return (F), vacuum lift (V), pneumatic return (P) and pneumatic return with air gap seal (L). Depending on the version, they feature axial or radial cable outlets and are equipped with half-bridge or full-bridge coil systems, compatible with TESA®, Marposs®, Mahr® and LVDT full-bridge systems. All variants are also available as digital probes with IO-Link or RS485 interface. The HIRT transducer range is complemented by the T-Pluggable, T-Miniature and Pig-Tail series, which are designed for ergonomic handling.

Signal Conditioning

Signal Conditioning

HIRT Signal Conditioning modules are specifically designed for the HIRT-Transducer series with a TESA®-compatible half-bridge circuit. They offer flexible power supply options with voltages of 5, 12, and 24 VDC and support industry-standard analog output signals, bipolar ±5 VDC and ±10 VDC, as well as unipolar 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, and a 4-20 mA current loop (passive 7-15 VDC supply). To meet different installation requirements, the modules are available in three variants: as a T-Module for front panel mounting, as a Cable-Module with a housing box, and as a DIN Module for DIN rail mounting.

HIRT Small Signal MICRON Switch offers high repeatability of ± 0.0005 mm for applications such as reference switches for slides and cross slides, precise positioning, automated control systems with reference switching, and safety shutdowns, as well as other critical applications requiring the highest accuracy and reliability in industrial and automated processes.
