Our measuring instruments include a wide range of products, such as HIRT Transducers in half- and full-bridge configurations, matching signal conditioning modules, digital models with RS485 and IO-Link interfaces, bore measuring transducers, and small signal switches. The portfolio is complemented by customized solutions precisely tailored to individual applications and requirements – delivering maximum reliability, highest precision, and optimum measurement results for every measuring task.

HIRT offers a versatile range of precision transducers for different measurement tasks and application requirements. The probes are available with measuring ranges of ±1 mm, ±2 mm and ±5 mm, as well as with spring feed (F), vacuum lift (V), pneumatic feed (P) and pneumatic feed with air-gap sealing (L). Depending on the version, different interfaces and compatibilities are available, including TESA®, Marposs®, Mahr®, LVDT full bridges, as well as the digital IO-Link and RS485 series. For ergonomic and efficient handling, the range includes the T-Steckbar, T-Miniatur and Pig-Tail series.

Signal Conditioning

HIRT Signal Conditioning modules are specifically designed for the HIRT-Transducer series with a TESA®-compatible half-bridge circuit. They offer flexible power supply options with voltages of 5, 12, and 24 VDC and support industry-standard analog output signals, bipolar ±5 VDC and ±10 VDC, as well as unipolar 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, and a 4-20 mA current loop (passive 7-15 VDC supply). To meet different installation requirements, the modules are available in three variants: as a T-Module for front panel mounting, as a Cable-Module with a housing box, and as a DIN Module for DIN rail mounting.

HIRT Small Signal MICRON Switch offers high repeatability of ± 0.0005 mm for applications such as reference switches for slides and cross slides, precise positioning, automated control systems with reference switching, and safety shutdowns, as well as other critical applications requiring the highest accuracy and reliability in industrial and automated processes.

The range is complemented by precisely matched system components for secure and stable mounting, as well as additional functional elements to support a variety of measurement tasks.
